The officer of the MAEE who will discuss with you is an agent who has been specially trained and is aware of the situation in your country. Interviews with unaccompanied minors will be conducted by agents with particular knowledge on the needs of minors.
If you have difficulties exposing your story to an agent or interpreter of the opposite gender, inform the MAEE as soon as possible. Do not wait until the day of the interview!
